Product · In development, approaching pilot

Your operation and your store,
on the same information.

Manage sales, orders, payments, customers, suppliers and inventory from a single panel. Publish your catalog and take orders from your website without entering anything twice.

Who it's for

If your business lives in four different places, this is for you.

Orders arrive as messages. Products sit in a spreadsheet. Payments get written in a notebook. And the catalog you published has to be updated by hand every time a price changes, so it's almost always out of date.

AlphaCommerce pulls those four things into one operation. It isn't a catalog with a cart, and it isn't an accounting system: it's where your business actually happens.

How it's built

Three connected pieces.

The panel
The private space where your team works: record a sale, take a payment, check what's still to be delivered, add a product, receive stock.
The storefront
The page your customers see. It shows only what you published: your brand, categories, products, photos, prices and availability.
The core
The layer that holds the rules and connects everything. It's the reason an order, a payment and a sale are one story instead of three loose records.

What happens when someone places an order

Your customer picks from the storefront and sends. From there the system doesn't trust what the browser brings: it re-checks price and stock against your catalog before accepting anything.

What's yours stays yours

Your customer sees the price. Not your margin.

The same information feeds the panel and the storefront, but each side sees only what belongs to it. This isn't a setting you can accidentally leave wrong — it's built into how the system works.

It adapts

Not every business needs the same thing.

A café working to order doesn't need stock control. A clothing store does, and by size and color. A services business has no inventory at all.

Instead of handing you a screen full of features you don't use, AlphaCommerce turns on only the areas your operation needs. If tomorrow you need suppliers and purchasing, they switch on; what you don't use stays out of the way.

What you can turn on

  • Direct sales, paid in full, partially, or left with a balance
  • Orders, which become sales when you decide
  • Payments and balances, with the history of each one
  • Customers, with their activity and what they owe you
  • Suppliers, purchases and receiving stock
  • Inventory, with what's physical, reserved and on its way
  • Catalog with variants, photos and publishing to the storefront

Straight up

What it doesn't do yet.

We'd rather say it here than in the first demo. If any of this is essential for you, say so in the assessment and we'll work out whether it's worth building or whether AlphaCommerce isn't your fit.

  • Take card payments. It records the payment you already received; collecting it is between you and your customer.
  • Issue tax invoices or handle your accounting.
  • Deliveries, routes or parcel tracking. It does record preparation and delivery, including partial.
  • Publish to marketplaces or sync with social networks.
  • Decide prices or inventory with artificial intelligence. That's your call.

Layaways, presales and returns exist in the core, but they're enabled case by case — they don't come switched on.

It's in development. It isn't running with a real client yet, and we're looking for the first businesses for the pilot. If you want in before anyone else, price and terms are agreed with you.
