→Who owns the code?
If you commission a system built for you, it's yours. The code we write for your operation goes in your name the moment you finish paying for it, we put that in writing, and we hand it over in full so you can carry on with it — with us or with whoever you choose. The only thing we keep is our base components, the ones we reuse from project to project, and those we license to you so nothing holds you up. Our monthly products work like any subscription tool: you pay to use it and we handle maintaining, updating and fixing it, so that code is ours. Your data, in both cases, is yours.
→Can I take my data whenever I want?
Whenever you want, without asking permission. We hand it over in a standard format another system can read, and the export option lives inside the tool — you don't have to request it from us.
→What happens when my business grows?
The system is designed for that from the start. Serving 10 customers costs the same as serving 1,000.
→Can I start small and grow later?
Yes, and it's what we recommend. We start with whatever hurts most today and expand from there.
→Do I need to understand technology?
No. None at all. If you use WhatsApp, you know enough. We handle everything technical. You get the tool, working.
→What do you build with?
TypeScript and Next.js for the application, PostgreSQL with row-level permissions for the data, official WhatsApp and Google APIs, and AI models where they genuinely add value. We avoid visual builders: they limit speed, scale and ownership of the code.
→What if something stops working?
You message us and we fix it. Monthly support covers adjustments, updates and monitoring, so more often than not we see it before you do.
→Do you need access to my bank accounts to reconcile payments?
No, we never ask for access to your banking portals or your credentials. Reconciliation works by reading the bank's own official notifications —automated emails, webhooks or receipt screenshots— and, if you need it, by integrating read-only APIs from external payment gateways.
