01Who is responsible, and where we are

Alpha Dynamics, located in Gustavo Díaz Ordaz, Tamaulipas, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this website. For anything related to this notice or to your data, write to us at alphadynamicslat@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +52 899 239 3551.

02Scope

This notice covers only the data of people who visit this site and send us a contact request. If you become a client, the processing of your data is governed by a separate notice we hand you as part of the contract.

The data you manage inside the platforms we deliver —customers, orders, players or anything else— is yours, not ours. There we act as a processor and handle it only on your instructions and under the service agreement.

03What personal data we process

Through the contact form we collect, directly and because you type it voluntarily:

• Your name.
• Your business name, if you choose to include it.
• A way to reach you: a WhatsApp number or an email address.
• A description of your request, if you choose to include it.

04Sensitive data and technical data

We do not collect sensitive personal data through this site: nothing about health, ethnic origin, beliefs, political opinions, sexual life or biometrics. Please don't include any of that in the description field.

When you submit the form, our server briefly processes your IP address for one purpose only: to block automated, repeated submissions. It isn't stored, it isn't linked to your name, and it's discarded after a few minutes.

05How your data reaches us

It's worth knowing the path, because it determines who sees your information. When you press Send, the form data travels encrypted to our server, which immediately posts a notification into a private Telegram conversation that only our team reads. That message is the record of your request.

If you use the WhatsApp button instead of the form, nothing passes through our server: your own app opens with a message already drafted, which you choose to send or not. In that case your data reaches us only when you send it, and we also receive your phone number, which stays attached to the conversation.

06What we use your data for

We use your data for the following purposes, all of them necessary to handle what you asked for and without which we couldn't reply:

• Replying to your contact request.
• Scheduling the assessment and following up on it.
• Putting together a proposal and discussing it with you.

07What we never do with it

We don't use your data for advertising, marketing, commercial prospecting unrelated to your request, profiling or automated decisions. We don't sell, transfer or rent it. We don't add you to any mailing list.

If we ever wanted to use it for a purpose other than the ones above, we would ask you first and explicitly.

08Third parties involved

To handle your request, your information passes through the following providers, which act as processors or technical intermediaries and operate under their own policies:

• Vercel Inc. — hosts this site and runs the server that receives the form.
• Telegram — the channel through which our team receives notice of your request.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — only if you choose that channel to write to us.

09How to limit the use or disclosure of your data

You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you or to delete your request, by writing to alphadynamicslat@gmail.com. You don't have to explain why and there's no cost. Since we send no marketing, there are no opt-out lists to sign up for.

10Your ARCO rights and withdrawing consent

Under Mexican law you may Access your data, Rectify it if it's inaccurate, Cancel it when you consider it unnecessary, and Oppose its processing — the rights known locally as ARCO. You may also withdraw the consent you gave us at any time.

To exercise any of these, send your request to alphadynamicslat@gmail.com with your full name, a way to send you the answer, a clear description of what you want, and documents proving your identity. We'll respond within a maximum of twenty business days and, if your request is granted, act on it within the following fifteen business days.

If you're not satisfied with our answer, or you don't receive one in time, you may start a rights-protection proceeding before the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the Mexican authority on this matter since INAI was dissolved.

11Who handles your requests

Alpha Dynamics has internally designated the person in charge of personal data protection, who receives and resolves ARCO requests and any question about this notice. You can reach them by writing to alphadynamicslat@gmail.com — no need to address anyone by name.

12How long we keep it

This site runs no visitor database: we don't store your request on a server of ours. The only record is the message in our Telegram conversation, and we keep it for as long as the commercial follow-up on your request lasts.

If the conversation doesn't lead to a business relationship, we delete that message once its purpose is exhausted, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it.

13Cookies and tracking

This site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising and no third-party analytics: no Meta or TikTok pixels, no Google Analytics, nothing equivalent. We also store nothing in your browser.

If we ever added analytics or advertising, we would update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent before switching it on.

14Security

We keep administrative and technical measures proportionate to the risk of what we handle here, which is little and includes no sensitive data: communication with this site is encrypted, and access to the conversation where requests arrive is limited to the people on our team who handle commercial contact. No system is infallible: if we detected a breach that significantly affected your data, we would tell you so you could act.

15How we tell you about changes

We may update this notice when our services, the tools we use, or the applicable rules change. The current version is always published on this page, headed by its last-updated date, which is how you can tell something changed.

16Consent

By sending us your request, whether through the form or over WhatsApp, you confirm you have read this notice and consent to your data being processed as described here.

17Legal framework

This notice is written under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares published in Mexico's Diario Oficial de la Federación on 20 March 2025 and in force since 21 March 2025, which repealed the 2010 law on the subject.
